Mohan Singh Roopra
Great-Grandfather · Civil Engineer
Worked as a civil contractor and chief engineer in Dubai, supervising major projects during the making of modern Dubai for around 15 years.
1936 – 2002
Tarlochan Singh Roopra
Grandfather · Independent Civil Contractor
Worked as an independent civil contractor at Rourkela Steel Plant for over twenty years, in association with Siemens, Braithwaite, Gammon India and SAIL.

Devinder Singh Roopra
Father · Founder, Plywood & Hardware Business
Educated in Law, but continued the family lineage in construction — working with Mahanadi Coalfield of India , Dassnagar Precision and engineering corporation of India, Rourkela Steel Plant, SAIL, Siemens, Gammon India and more, before starting the plywood and hardware business in Punjab in 1997.

An engineer from Panjab University, Chandigarh, and an active football player and ultrarunner. Joined the family business and expanded it into modular interiors and architecture, now working across states.
The studio
A furniture atelier for people who notice the details.
We began as a plywood & hardware shop and grew into a modular kitchen and wardrobe manufacturing facility catering to the entire punjab and nearby states. Today our team handles modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV and wall panels, beds, window blinds, wooden flooring, crockery units, glass partitions, shower cabins, UPVC french windows, exterior facade, ACP and HPL fabrication, mosquito mesh, etc — drawn in our design studio, built on our own machines and finished by our own installers.
That single-thread ownership is why our lines stay flush, our schedules hold and our clients keep sending us their next home.
